Back on a beautiful spring day in May 2016 we headed to Parklands Quentin Hall for the Wedding of Paula and Mark. We always love the beginning of the wedding day with the buzz of excitement as everyone gets ready. The wonderful thing about Parklands is that there’s so much space, that Bride and Groom can both get ready there, without paths ever having to meet, until the bride walks down the aisle.
So upon arriving we went to see Paula, where the Bridal Party were is the process of Hair and Make-up, with a glass of Prosecco of course! The Groomsmen had opted for Bottles of Beer! And after they got suited up they raised a toasted to our Groom Mark. In both wings of the hall there was a fantastic atmosphere.
With the Groomsmen just about ready, we headed back to the Paula and her Bridal party. There were the final touches of Make-Up after Paula had put on her beautiful Wedding Dress. Then it was the wait for the wedding planner to give the all clear to say everyone was in the ceremony room, and that the bridal party could head down.
And the Wedding Ceremony is where we’ll pick up Paula and Mark’s Wedding on our next blog post a little bit later in the week. We’ll also take a look a looking at their Wedding Portraits in the stunning grounds of Parlands Quendon Hall.

Parklands Quendon Hall is a wonderful Wedding Venue South of Cambridge, close to Saffron Walden. It is a wonderful space, with the Hall itself housing the guest rooms and a wonderful space for the ceremony. The marquee hosting the Wedding Breakfast and the Recption into the evening and the ground provide a stunning backdrop for your wedding portraits.
