Last summer we headed to Anstey Hall for the beautiful wedding of Tamsin and Alex. Before we get to the seeing however, we first of all met up with Tamsin and Alex, with Camera and lenses in tow for their Engagement Shoot around the city of Cambridge.
Cambridge makes a beautiful backdrop for an Engagement Shoot. The Beautiful old City where we started outside King College of the University of Cambridge, and wonderful side streets, architecture, stone work and old oak doors! Over to Jesus Green with it’s green space and the River Cam floating gently by, Before we finished at the Mathematical Bridge at Queens’ College where we would a little bit later in the summer photography a beautiful wedding blessing.
One of the things we love about Engagement Shoots is that it gives us a chance to get to know our Bride and Groom to be a little bit better and we especially love the how we first met/first date stories, the funny ones, the romantic one and about those little helping hands that a dose of fate sometimes provides! As well as the past, we also love to hear about the future, and of course that small upcoming event which is your wedding day! As part of the Engagement Shoot we’ll grab a coffee and have a run through your wedding day and get an idea of the flow of the day, any themes and of course, which of your fathers is going to provide the best Dad dancing!
