Gorse Hill Wedding Photography

LGBT Wedding

Well folks we’re back! This week we look back at Kirstie and Natasha’s Big Day and our Gorse Hill Wedding Photography. We were at the wonderful Gorse Hill, a quintessentially English Edwardian Manor House that is licensed for Wedding.

We started the day as our Brides where getting Ready! It was wonderful to see both Bridal Parties getting ready. With a close Friend on Hair and Make-Up Duties Kirstie went first and I was able to flit between the two rooms. I got to see the butterflies (all flying in the right direction and formation!) and all the planning and preparation coming together to create what would be a beautiful day.

With Shoes, Dresses and Bouquets Photographed and then all ready to go, there was just one last thing before we headed down. Kirstie and Natasha had sent each other gifts and letter. They opened and read, and there were tears of joy of the anticipation of a life together.

Now of course, tradition state you can’t see each other before the ceremony. So we had a little bit of Room Swapping and putting up a few room dividers, but we avoided any mishaps until Kirstie made her entrance to what would be a beautiful ceremony.

If before Kirstie and Natasha’s Wedding, you’d ask to write a list of Places and Counties that we’d never visited much, Gorse Hill and Surrey would have been there! It was great to put this right and be able to see the McLaren Technology Centre, having been a Formula One fan all of my life. But I digress! We travel the UK to Photograph Wedding from our base in Cambridge. You can see more of my work in our Gallery and there’s more information on our Wedding Information Page.
