In this post we’ll taking a look a look at the end of Sophie and Tom’s Wedding Day where everyone toasts the Bride and Groom and then the lights go down and people hit the dance floor. We’ve already seen the beginning of the day as everyone got ready, through to the beautiful service at St. James Church, Bishop’s Stortford, and then whisking Sophie and Tom away for a quick portrait shoot before everyone headed in for the reception at the St. Barnabas Centre, Hertfordshire.
No wedding would of course be complete without the customary speeches from the father of the bride, groom and best man. Unfortunately for the best man he had a bit of a hard act to follow, as after his speech Tom picked up his Guitar, and for the first time in front of a crowd, and sang a song to his bride Sophie. There were few dry eyes in the house after!
Then of course it was time for the lights to go down, to drink Champagne and Dance on the table, well the wedding venue may not have been happy about the last bit! But we love the evening reception, it gives us the chance to capture some wonderful moments and we love low light photography.
Sophie and Tom’s wedding day was awesome, and it was amazing to be a part of it, and it’s been wonderful to take a look back through the images and re-live it a for our little blog post.
